Mr. Armando Massimiliano Sirolla
Chief Executive Officer
Armando joined AB Bank Zambia in 2013. He was previously engaged as a consultant for a number of projects in Sub Saharan Africa, including the support of Financial Institutions focused on SMEs in Eastern Africa and the development of an investment pipeline in Southern Africa. He established and led the development of a Deposit Taking Institution in Madagascar and in Afghanistan. Before this, he led projects for the European Union with private sector companies in Belgium, Portugal, and the UK. He holds a Master's of Science in International Economics and Politics and a Master's degree in International Studies and Diplomacy.
Nurullo Mashrabov
Chief Credit Officer
Nurullo Mashrabov is a senior banking adviser with more than 10 years experience in MSME finance. He has been working for AB Bank Zambia since 2013 and prior to that, he worked in various AccessHolding Network Banks in Tanzania, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. Mr. Mashrabov holds a degree in Business Administration, and speaks Russian, English and Turkish.
Chilufya Mwamba Siansangu
Chief Operations Officer
Chilufya has been with the bank in Zambia since inception in 2011, she started as a Client Advisor and has progressed through various positions to the top in the Retail Department of the bank. She previously worked for Building Society before joining AB Bank. She holds a BA in Business Studies and Management with Leeds Metropolitan University UK. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Business and Accountancy studies.
Maximo Mulenga
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Mulenga is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of AB Bank Zambia Limited. He joined AB Bank in May, 2016. Prior to that, he worked at Citibank in various Finance capacities covering both Zambia and Sub-Sahara Africa. He also worked for Zambia Breweries PLC, Renco Associates and KPMG. Mr. Mulenga holds an MBA from Heriot-Watt University; he is a Fellow of ZICA and ACCA. He also holds a Diploma in Accountancy from the Copperbelt University of Zambia (CBU).
